PF09 – Developing a holistic model for rail organisation adaptation to the introduction of new technology

Development of a modelling tool for role and workload management incorporating the effects of the introduction of new technology across the entire operations of a rail organisation and providing for efficient adaptation to these effects at both the individual and the sub-organisational level.
