ARTC presented on The value proposition for industry and individuals of commercial collaboration with reference to a range of ACRI heavy haul research projects. Through a collaborative approach in the commercial setting of heavy haul rail, ACRI has been a catalyst for identifying common needs and goals and achieving economies of scale in resources allocated to research. Case studies presented illustrated that collaboration has not come at the expense of the requirements of individual entities.
