What was the issue?

ACRI Participants indicated that in addition to the impacts on driver behaviour evaluated in earlier ACRI projects there was interest in determining the accuracy of each system feature of the VectorLX system.

What was done?

Deployment of the system at a selected crossing.

Crossing activation state (wigwag detection) and numerous sub-functions tested at varying times and conditions (peak/non peak, day/night) and compared with on-site observations and video analytics.
